is a director, writer, producer, and the founder of Girl North Studios, a motion picture and television production company championing women behind the lens. Throughout her career, she has crafted compelling narratives as a writer and creative producer on diverse global projects, including leveraging documentary storytelling to amplify the voices of nonprofit organizations and champion social causes.<\/p>\n<p>Cassaundra currently serves as co-executive producer with the Toronto Film Plug, a grassroots initiative designed to produce short, independent films locally with community involvement, and is a Coordinator of Ottawa\u2019s Digi60 Filmmakers\u2019 Festival. She founded and runs the digital newsletter ‘The Girl North’, which aims to disseminate the business of film and TV for women navigating the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Cassaundra is looking forward to the 杏吧原创 Graduate Journalism program where she hopes to further develop skills to tell globally important stories with likeminded peers.
