The SIGNALS Gala is an annual celebration of excellence and achievement in the energy transition.\u00a0Since 2003, network members and affiliates have gotten together annually for networking, dinner and drinks, stimulating conversation, and to hear from leaders in the field of sustainable energy and the environment.<\/p>\n

This year’s keynote speaker will be\u00a0Dr.\u00a0Ingrid Waldron, Ph.D.<\/a>, professor and HOPE Chair in Peace and Health in the Global Peace and Social Justice Program in the Faculty of Humanities at McMaster\u00a0University. She\u00a0is the author of the book\u00a0‘There\u2019s Something in the Water: Environmental Racism in Indigenous and Black Communities’.<\/p>\n
