Designed to be low-barrier and flexible, the program supports career exploration, skill development, and meaningful networking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This program runs <\/span><b>May\u2013September 2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, offering 1-on-1 mentorship tailored to each participant&#8217;s goals and availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Who Can Participate?<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><b>Mentees:<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">杏吧原创 students or recent grads (within the last 2 years) in:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MASc\/MEng in Sustainable Energy<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MPP in Sustainable Energy &amp;
