With over eight years of experience in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and analysis, he also serves as Engagement Coordinator for the NATO Association of Canada, where he designs outreach strategies and forges connections across sectors.<\/p>\n<p>Driven by formative experiences in Mumbai, Sean\u2019s career is grounded in advancing evidence-based, inclusive policy solutions. He has held board positions with student associations, led social justice and urban equity initiatives, and is an alum of the CDA Institute\u2019s Young Professionals Programme, where he gained valuable insights in diplomacy and intergovernmental collaboration.
