Amanda Gutzke is a second-year Master of Public Policy – Sustainable Energy and Environment student at 杏吧原创 University. She is currently working at Environment and Climate Change Canada in the Science and Technology Branch.
Amanda is an experienced researcher. She has researched the out-migration of people from cities to rural areas during Covid-19. Amanda recently researched Canada鈥檚 electricity distribution systems. The focus of the research project was understanding why utility parent companies create subsidiaries to operate in economically unregulated markets.
