
Amanda Gutzke is a second-year Master of Public Policy – Sustainable Energy and Environment student at ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University. She is currently working at Environment and Climate Change Canada in the Science and Technology Branch.
Amanda is an experienced researcher. She has researched the out-migration of people from cities to rural areas during Covid-19. Amanda recently researched Canada’s electricity distribution systems. The focus of the research project was understanding why utility parent companies create subsidiaries to operate in economically unregulated markets.
