Senate Room – Use and Set-Up Guidelines<\/p>\n\n\n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

The Senate Room can be booked through the enterprise portal. It is configured in a standard classroom layout and includes a built-in computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Groups booking the room are responsible for bringing any additional technology or equipment they may require (e.g., microphones, clickers, laptops, HDMI cords).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users may reorganize the room as needed; however, the space must be returned to the standard Senate setup<\/a> after use. Users are also responsible for turning off the lights, projector, and displays before leaving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If food is consumed in the room, users are responsible for cleaning the tables and removing all food and packaging (e.g., pizza boxes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If tables need to be removed from the room, users must coordinate in advance with Nonna Afouxenidou<\/a> regarding timing and feasibility and with Julie Arial-Lalonde<\/a> to arrange use of Room 617 (Pigiarvik) for temporary storage of Senate Room tables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All furniture moving requests must be submitted through Facilities Management and Planning (FMP)<\/strong>. Both Nonna Afouxenidou<\/strong> and Julie Arial-Lalonde<\/strong> should be copied on these requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
