After which time they must be removed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The university urges campus and community groups to consider non-paper promotion alternatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All requests for alterations, repairs, maintenance or physical changes to University facilities (including bulletin boards) must be submitted to Facilities Management and Planning, through a Service Request by email at <a href=\"mailto:fmp.service.centre@carleton.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fmp.service.centre@carleton.ca<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Individuals\/groups are responsible for removing their own postings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Brand-Identity-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Visual Identity Policy<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This policy is now referred to as the Brand Identity Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The \u201cvisual identifiers\u201d are now referred to as \u201cbrand identity elements\u201d and include digital representations, in addition to graphic and textual representations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A new brand identity for 杏吧原创 was approved in 2021. 杏吧原创\u2019s brand guidelines can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/brand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https:\/\/carleton.ca\/brand\/<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/杏吧原创-Top5-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">杏吧原创 Top5 Policy<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This policy was previously recognized as Today@杏吧原创 (TAC).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This policy covers 杏吧原创\u2019s Top 5 newsletter, which is regularly distributed to staff and faculty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Web-Calendar-Submission-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Web Calendar Submission Policy<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>This policy now details how events must be submitted, organized, and listed on the web.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This policy now outlines that it is the responsibility of the event organizer to submit, manage, edit and update events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Password-Policy-for-Information-Systems.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Password Policy for the Information Systems<\/a> (minor updates)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Web versions of all policies are made available for convenience on the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/policies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">University Secretariat website<\/a>.
