A reference is made to the Corporate Records and Archives Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Weapons-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Weapons Policy<\/a> &#8211; Minor changes, including reference to the newly named \u201cCampus Safety Services.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Students-Rights-and-Responsibilities-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Students Rights and Responsibilities Policy<\/a> &#8211; Major changes were made to this policy. Please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/studentaffairs\/student-rights-and-responsibilities\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Student Affairs website<\/a> for more information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Healthy-Workplace-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Healthy Workplace Policy<\/a> &#8211; Responsible department has changed from the Office of the President and Vice-Chancellor to the Office of the Vice-President (Finance and Administration). Wording to the Statement of Policy was updated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Procurement-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Procurement Policy<\/a> &#8211; The responsibility was assigned to Procurement Services. A General Terms and Conditions section was added, and updates were made to Procurement Card Procedures and the Roles and Responsibilities Section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Change-of-Name-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Change of Name Policy<\/a> &#8211; Minor updates made to the Procedures and Roles and Responsibilities sections. Additionally, a Definitions and Acceptable Use section was added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Conference-Services-Booking-Space-on-Campus-.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Conference Services Space Booking Policy<\/a> &#8211; The name of the policy was updated to Conference Services Space Booking Policy. The policy authority now falls under Housing and Residence Life Services. There are some procedural changes and an update under charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Data-and-Information-Classification-and-Protection.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Data &amp; Information Classification &amp; Protection<\/a> &#8211; No changes were made.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Flag-Protocol-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Flag Protocol Policy<\/a> &#8211; Some minor changes were made to the Flag Policy. In addition to the other criteria, ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ will now lower their flags on the National Day of Remembrance for Victims of Terrorism, Firefighters\u2019 National Memorial Day and the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women. The Pride flag will be flown in June.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Information-Security-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Information Security Policy<\/a> &#8211; Minor changes were made for clarity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Student-Accounts-with-a-Debt-Balance-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Student Accounts with a Debit Balance Policy<\/a> &#8211; Minor updates. A Roles and Responsibilities section was added.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Web versions of all policies are made available for convenience on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/policies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">University Secretariat website<\/a>.
