Minor changes to wording throughout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Distribution-of-News-Info-Publications-Policy-2.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Distribution of News and Information Publication Policy<\/a> \u2013 updates to campus publications list and minor changes to wording.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Food-Services-Policy-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Food Services Policy<\/a> \u2013 changes under \u201cScope\u201d including regulations on Catering Vendor of Record Program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Hazard-Reporting-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hazard Reporting Policy<\/a> \u2013 minor changes to wording and inclusion of CU Worksafe online reporting system under \u201cProcedures\u201d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Password-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Password Policy for Information Systems<\/a> \u2013 addition of two factor authentication<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/PHIP-Policy-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Personal Health Information Processing<\/a> \u2013 expansion of scope to include all users that handle Personal Health Information (PHI), major changes throughout to comply with Ontario\u2019s <em>Personal Health Information Protection Act<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Procurement-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Procurement Policy<\/a> \u2013 new policy that consolidates former Procurement and Purchasing policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Reservist-Leave-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reservist Leave Policy<\/a> \u2013 minor changes to wording.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Web versions of all policies are made available for convenience on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/policies\/\">University Secretariat website<\/a>.
