Addition of \u201cStandards, Compliance and Reliability\u201d section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Corporate-Records-and-Archives-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Corporate Records and Archives Policy<\/a> \u2013 clarification under \u201cRoles and Responsibilities\u201d for Corporate Archivist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Corporate-Sponsorship-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Corporate Sponsorship Acceptance Policy<\/a> \u2013 new policy to provide guidance on accepting sponsorship on behalf of ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Information-Security-Incident-Response-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Information Security Incident Response Policy<\/a> \u2013 update to \u201cProcedures\u201d including departmental responsibilities and the addition of \u201cInstitutional Decision Capability\u201d section.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Remote-Network-Access-Policy.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Remote Network Access Policy<\/a> \u2013 addition to \u201cProcedures\u201d including a requirement to offload logs to control logging server and log retention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Vice Presidents&#8217; Academic and Research Committee (VPARC) reviewed and updated the following policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/158\/Adopting-Technology.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Adoption of Technology Enhanced Learning Resources<\/a> \u2013 update to maximum cost that is permitted for third party technology enhance learning resources. Policy revision date changed from every two years to every five years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Web versions of all policies are made available for convenience on the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/secretariat\/policies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">University Secretariat website<\/a>.
