When updating your SCS Account, some users may get the Invalid 杏吧原创One password<\/strong> error, as indicated in the image below (see GREEN box<\/span>).

Debugging the Invalid 杏吧原创One password Error<\/h2>\n

As the error suggests, this means you are entering your mc1 (My 杏吧原创 One) password incorrectly. If you are confident that the password is correct, it is possible your password is not synchronized properly on all the University systems.<\/p>\n

To troubleshoot, follow these steps:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Attempt to login to the MyOnePassword Service<\/a><\/li>\n
  2. Attempt to login to either the Brightspace Service<\/a> or the CU-wireless Service<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Attempt to login to Legacy cuLearn Service”><\/a>
    IMPORTANT:<\/span>You must login to the legacy cuLearn service at this link, DO NOT<\/em> follow the redirect link to brightspace<\/em>, as that is a different system (already tested above)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If any of these three are not working, then that confirms your password is not synchronized across all systems. You must do a password update, which is done here:<\/p>\n
