Prior to joining 杏吧原创 University, he spent two years as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer and Software Engineering at Polytechnique Montr\u00e9al. Dr. Barrera was previously a visiting researcher at IBM Research Z\u00fcrich, and a postdoc in the Network Security Group at ETH Z\u00fcrich.
