He was a research associate, and faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at Cornell from 1987 to 1992. From 1992 to 1999, Dr. Howe was a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs in Murray Hill, New Jersey. He joined the School of Computer Science at ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ University in January 2000.
