Biography<\/h3>\n

Dr. Howe received his Ph.D. from Cornell University in 1988. He was a research associate, and faculty member in the Department of Computer Science at Cornell from 1987 to 1992. From 1992 to 1999, Dr. Howe was a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs in Murray Hill, New Jersey. He joined the School of Computer Science at 杏吧原创 University in January 2000. He has since served as both Associate Director and Director of the School of Computer Science.<\/p>\n
