Emmelie聽Paquette (she/her) holds a MSc in Geography from the Department of Geography, and Environmental Studies at 杏吧原创 University, Ottawa, Canada. She is currently a PhD student at 杏吧原创 University supervised by Dr. Gita聽Ljubicic聽(McMaster University), Dr. Peter聽Pulsifer聽(杏吧原创 University), alongside dedicated committee member Dr. Stephan Schott (杏吧原创 University). She is passionate about research that sincerely engages with Indigenous groups about Arctic spaces and wildlife, and prioritizes their knowledge when combined with western scientific practices.
