Summer registration normally takes place in March, and classes normally start in May. Fall\/Winter registration normally starts in late June, classes normally start in early September.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We know that planning your registration can be stressful, and we know that you may have questions. While we encourage you to <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/registration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">read through our registration website<\/a> for the answers to many of your questions, you can also contact the Registrar&#8217;s Office at 613-520-3500 or at <a href=\"mailto:registrar@carleton.ca\">registrar@carleton.ca<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The academic year traditionally takes place during the fall\/winter terms. <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/registration\/\">Our registration site<\/a> has information tailored to new undergraduate students, returning undergraduate students and special students to ensure that registration goes smoothly for you.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Summer courses give students a chance to catch up, brush up or to get ahead. Anyone interested in pursuing learning opportunities is eligible to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/payments.carleton.ca\/registrar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">apply as a Special Student<\/a>.
