ROT can accumulate on network drives and in email inboxes, and makes it difficult to find things when necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If left unchecked for too long ROT can be overwhelming to tackle; it&#8217;s much easier to keep on top of the accumulation as it happens.
