Here are tips to help you stay focused and confident:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Arrive early (or log in early)<\/strong> to get settled and reduce stress before the clock starts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong class=\"myprefix-text-bold\">Take a few minutes to do a \u201cbrain dump\u201d <\/strong>on a blank piece of paper before looking at or starting your exam.
