What do learning strategies achieve?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We teach you how to learn by building metacognitive abilities and self-regulation skills<\/strong>.<\/strong> These are crucial for university students because it helps you become a smarter learner and achieve better results. These skills are at the core of learning how to learn effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By developing metacognition, you gain a deeper understanding of how your own mind works, which means you can monitor your progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust your learning strategies accordingly. Self-regulation skills allow you to take control of your learning process, set goals, make effective study plans, and stay motivated.
