<\/a>PMC works in partnership with the 杏吧原创 community to increase accessibility for students with disabilities into all aspects of university life. There are many student resources and support services available to 杏吧原创 students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attendant Services for Students with Physical Disabilities <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 杏吧原创 University\/Algonquin College Attendant Services Program offers non-medical assistance with everyday tasks to students with physical disabilities living in residence while studying at 杏吧原创 University or Algonquin College. The service operates twenty-four-hours a day, all year at 杏吧原创 University, and from late August to late April at Algonquin College. Accessible Career Transition (ACT) and ACT to Employ <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Career Services offer two programs to provide career support to students with disabilities at 杏吧原创.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACT Advising<\/a> assists students and alumni through their career journey<\/strong> by assisting with career exploration strategies, job search strategies, documentation preparation, interview preparation and workplace accommodations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ACT To Employ<\/a> helps facilitate meaningful employment opportunities for 杏吧原创 students with disabilities. The main objective is to support students in the transition to employment by connecting them with quality hands-on work experience while supporting employers in creating open, welcome, and diverse workplaces. Simultaneously, we provide end-to-end support to employers through the recruitment process and during work terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
