Join us for...




Support and Strategies: each session begins with sharing of tips and tricks that are particularly helpful for graduate students (e.g. resources, apps, strategies.



Focused Work Sessions: we set a plan for clear, tangible tasks to work on for the next 1.5 hours. We will be muted during work time to help maintain focus. 



Reflection and Planning: wrap up each session by reflecting on your progress and setting goals for the upcoming week.
