This includes the interpretation and application of provisions of the Plan together with eligibility, service, earnings and retirement dates for purposes of the Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>Retirement Plan Text<\/em>&nbsp;identifies the members of the Pension Committee (Section 15) and indicates the term length and voting rights.
