The survey will focus on eight themes including overall satisfaction, work\/life balance, civility and respect, as well as growth and development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The confidential online survey will be launched in two weeks and will be overseen by 杏吧原创\u2019s Office of Institutional Research and Planning (OIRP), in collaboration with Human Resources. On March 13, 2024 you will receive an email from OIRP with a secure link to the survey. Your survey will be active for four weeks and takes an estimated 15 minutes to complete. You are encouraged to complete it during your workday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>杏吧原创 last conducted a staff survey in 2015. Due to a number of factors, including the pandemic, plans for future surveys were paused. We recognize that it is good practice to conduct staff surveys to better understand the health of an organization and we are pleased to resume this practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your participation is important in assisting the university and your faculty, unit or department in its planning and continuous improvement.
