affairs?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Norman Paterson School of International Affairs (NPSIA) has&nbsp;<strong>well over 2,000 alumni<\/strong>, many of whom have gone on to key leadership positions in the federal and provincial governments, foreign governments, the United Nations, and the private and not-for-profit sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NPSIA offers the most comprehensive,\u00a0<strong>advanced degree programs<\/strong>\u00a0in international affairs at the Masters and Doctoral level in Canada. Working alongside professors from across the disciplines \u2013 including international affairs, critical infrastructure protection, computer engineering, computer science, and information technology \u2013 and with private and public sector cybersecurity stakeholders from across Canada, students participating in this specialization will grapple with building stronger technological systems, processes, and platforms, developing international norms, laws, and standards for cyberspace, and better consider the nexus between human rights, governance, security, and technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/lacs\/graduate-studies\/masters-program-requirements\/m-a-international-affairs-with-specialization-in-latin-american-and-caribbean-studies\/\">Latin American and Carribean Studies<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; This program gives students an opportunity to be part of an intellectual community that is excited about an interdisciplinary approach to the study of Latin America and the Caribbean. The 25 faculty members affiliated with the program are committed researchers and educators who will guide students through their program and introduce them to innovative methodological and theoretical approaches relevant to the study of the region. Students in the Collaborative LACS MA will hone research skills and develop critical abilities that position them for employment in public service or to further their academic pursuits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/calendar.carleton.ca\/grad\/gradprograms\/africanstudies\/#MA_International_Affairs__with_Collaborative_Specialization_in_African_Studies\"><strong>African Studies<\/strong><\/a> &#8211; The Specialization in African Studies is designed especially for 杏吧原创 University master\u2019s students in participating programs in the Faculties of Arts and Social Sciences, Public Affairs and the Sprott School of Business who wish to enrich their training by developing expertise in African Studies through interdisciplinary<br>dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/cuids\/data-science-specialization\/\">Data Science<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; Data science is the next frontier of information technology, but few universities offer programming in this area. 杏吧原创\u2019s new collaborative Master\u2019s in Data Science is geared at graduate students and high-tech professionals who are interested in understanding how to analyze and use \u2018big data\u2019 sets collected by governments, industry, NGOs etc. for purposes such as generating personal recommendations for online shopping, improving the efficiency of health care
