Appointments are currently available on June 28, July 8 and July 9, 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/health\/covid-19-vaccination-appointment-booking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">book an appointment<\/a>, you must be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aged 18 or older in 2021<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A 杏吧原创 employee, student or approved contractor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eligible for the second vaccine dose (28 days after your first dose of an mRNA vaccine or eight weeks after your first dose AstraZeneca vaccine).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that you can book your second dose appointment at HCS even if your first dose was administered elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/health\/covid-19-vaccination-appointment-booking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">booking your appointment online<\/a>, you will receive a confirmation email for the date and time of your vaccine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To support all 杏吧原创 employees in getting the COVID-19 vaccine, 杏吧原创 will provide up to two hours of leave for each of your vaccination appointments.&nbsp;This time will not be deducted from any other leave balance (special, annual, etc.). Should you require more than two hours for your appointment, we encourage you to discuss this with your manager.
