The Government of Canada advises that persons avoid all non-essential travel outside of Canada until further notice.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anyone returning from abroad <strong>must <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/public-health\/services\/publications\/diseases-conditions\/2019-novel-coronavirus-information-sheet.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">quarantine<\/a> for 14 days<\/strong> (starting from the date you arrived in Canada) and be in compliance with the Quarantine Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"domestic-travel\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Domestic Travel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All university-related (including research and field work) non-essential domestic travel remains suspended until further notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All personal domestic travel, and especially air travel, remains strongly discouraged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All persons must comply with provincial, territorial and local public health measures at your final destination including physical distancing, potential quarantine and masking requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exemptions for university-related (including research and field work) domestic travel need to be approved by the relevant Dean or Vice-President in consultation with Environmental Health and Safety and Risk Management as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"alternatives-to-travel\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alternatives to Travel<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have upcoming university-sponsored travel plans, consider instead conducting your business or meetings through teleconferencing or videoconferencing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Visit ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´&#8217;s COVID-19 website.
