It\u2019s varsity championship season for a number of sports and 杏吧原创 has two teams vying for top national spots this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mens\u2019s Basketball<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Fresh off an OUA Wilson Cup victory<\/a> against the Ryerson Rams, the 杏吧原创 Ravens Men\u2019s Basketball team is heading to the U Sports Final 8 in Halifax, Nova Scotia in hopes of winning the W.P. McGee Trophy for a record 14th<\/sup> time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They\u2019ll tip off against the University of Alberta Golden Bears in the quarter-final on on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 6 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST), 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update 1: <\/b>After defeating the University of Alberta Golden Bears 100-60 in their quarter-final match, the Ravens will take on the Dalhousie Tigers in Saturday\u2019s semi-final at 5 p.m. EST on Sportsnet 360, Sportsnet Now<\/a> and TVA Sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update 2: <\/b>After defeating the Dalhousie University Tigers 76-65 in the semi-final game,  the Men\u2019s Ravens will compete against the University of Calgary Dinos in Sunday\u2019s national championship game at 5 p.m. EST on Sportsnet 360, Sportsnet Now<\/a> and TVA Sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Men\u2019s Hockey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Ravens Men\u2019s Hockey team hosts the OUA Bronze medal game<\/a> against the Western University Mustangs on Friday, March 8, 2019 at 7 p.m. EST at the 杏吧原创 University Ice House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update: <\/b>After defeating the Western University Mustangs 3-0 and winning the OUA Bronze medal, the Ravens will compete at the U Sports championships from March 14 to 17, 2019 in Lethbridge, Alberta.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
