Under the new framework, tuition fees will be frozen in 2020-21 at the same level as the 2019-20 tuition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government also announced a new approach to student fees. Under the \u201cStudent Choice Initiative,\u201d students will be given more leeway about which fees they chose to pay, but fees for essential services will remain mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Changes have also been introduced to the OSAP program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Previously, the province has stated all sectors will need to make economic sacrifices. At ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´, we remain committed to operate as cost-effectively as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The university\u2019s priorities will continue to focus on our students, including measures that can increase access to post-secondary education and services that enrich the experience for all students and supports their success.
