This first career retrospective of Christi Belcourt\u2019s work traces her practice from the early 1990s to the present, and concludes with recent works made collaboratively with Isaac Murdoch. It features more than 30 paintings loaned by private collectors and major public collections, including the National Gallery of Canada, Art Gallery of Ontario and Canadian Museum of History.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Re: Working Together \/ Re: Travailler ensemble<\/em> is a co-production by the Gallery of Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec en Outaouais (GUQO) and CUAG. This innovative exhibition explores the power, pleasure and potential of working together, through the work of eight contemporary artists from North America and Europe. CUAG and GUQO will showcase concurrent exhibitions on collaboration in art practice as part of an inter-institutional curatorial experiment working across languages and sharing resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>My Mom, kahntinetha Horn, the \u201cMilitary Mohawk Princess<\/em>\u201d is curated by Horn-Miller, her daughter and a professor in the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/sics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">School of Indigenous and Canadian Studies<\/a> at 杏吧原创. kahntinetha Horn is a well-known advocate for the rights of Indigenous peoples.
