He joined 杏吧原创 on July 1, 2018 after serving as provost and vice-principal (Academic) at Queen\u2019s University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a thrill to be here, I\u2019m just overwhelmed to be officially installed as the 15<sup>th<\/sup> President and Vice-Chancellor of 杏吧原创 University,\u201d said Bacon. \u201cIt\u2019s so wonderful that this ceremony is taking place today, during convocation, as you, our inspiring 杏吧原创 graduates, are embarking on the next chapter of your lives.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The installation ceremony was followed by an eagle feather presentation and honour song. In this ceremony, the gifting and acceptance of the eagle feather represents a commitment to nurture positive relationships between the 杏吧原创 community and Indigenous peoples.
