He has been involved in undercover narcotic cases and, later, homicide investigations as a detective sergeant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now in its second season, <em>The Detectives<\/em> is an hour-long program that features interviews with real-life investigators paired with dramatized re-enactments of criminal cases. The eight-part series profiles events that have impacted Canadian life and law enforcement, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbc.ca\/thedetectives\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">program\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brown will be featured in the season premiere episode examining the murder investigation of Jennifer Teague, where he will discuss his experiences on the case. Actor Currie Graham portrays him in the program\u2019s re-enactments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brown joined 杏吧原创 as a master\u2019s student and began his PhD in 2013. He has expertise in policing, surveillance and police use of force. He was a Fulbright Visiting Researcher at the University at Albany\u2019s School of Criminal Justice from 2016 to 2017.
