\n 杏吧原创 Hosts Youth Conference Recognizing National Day of Remembrance and Action on Mass Atrocities\n <\/h1>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

杏吧原创 University will host the annual Ottawa Youth Conference, organized by Colonel By Secondary School in partnership with the Faculty of Public Affairs<\/a>, recognizing the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Mass Atrocities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference, A Day of Understanding, Learning and Action<\/em><\/a>, explores the trials and triumphs of people who have come to Canada as refugees \u2013 educating and inspiring students from across Ottawa through a keynote address, expert panel discussion and workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When<\/strong>: Monday, April 23, 2018, remarks begin at 9:10 a.m., conference ends at 2:30 p.m.

\nThe issue of refugees and global aid is pressing and it\u2019s imperative Canadians learn more about it. The conference will include diverse first-hand experiences of refugees, case studies on refugee crises around the world, and the work of numerous refugee agencies abroad and in Ottawa. The event will include a guided interactive tour of the M\u00e9decins sans fronti\u00e8res Refugee Tent City Mini Exhibit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
