mission of the Centre in Modern Turkish Studies (MTS) is the scholarly study of the Republic of T\u00fcrkiye, established in 1923 under the leadership of Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The Centre is an academic unit within the <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/npsia\/\">Norman Paterson School of International Affairs<\/a> and operates under the regulations of <a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/\">杏吧原创 University<\/a>. \u2018Scholarly study\u2019 covers multi-disciplinary teaching, research and publication, and community out-reach activities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">The Centre is rooted in the Turkish-Canadian community whose generous contributions to the University are facilitated by the <a
