Mark these dates in your calendar and prepare for a rewarding week of learning.<\/p>\n<h3>What&#8217;s the daily mini course schedule?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Courses start: 9 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>Courses end: 3 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Lunch: 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Where should I pickup\/drop off my student?<\/h3>\n<p>Student report daily directly to their homeroom class. Pickup\/Drop-off is dependant on their location. It is recommended that you and your student create a plan prior to MCP as we expect high volumes of traffic at this time. Here are some suggestions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>P2 (close to Richcraft Hall, Canal Building, Nicol Building, Azrieli School of Architecture, Health Sciences Building, Herzberg Lab, and Mackenzie Building)<\/li>\n<li>P1 (close to Library, Loeb Building, Patterson Hall, Southam Hall, and Tory Building)<\/li>\n<li>P18 (close to Teraanga Commons and St. Patricks)<\/li>\n<li>P3 (close to Nesbitt Biology Building)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/carleton.ca\/mcp\/wp-content\/uploads\/Campus-Map-2.pdf\">Campus Map<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Is lunch included in the program?<\/h3>\n<p>Lunch is\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong> included in the mini course program. There are a couple options for lunch during MCP.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bring a lunch from home.<\/li>\n<li>Opt-in for a <a href=\"https:\/\/checkout.square.site\/merchant\/ML497EZG8AQ9R\/checkout\/AVHXJEG6IFCTYELY3WVBIBR5\">full week of lunches<\/a> at the Residence Dining Hall (May 4 to 8) at $77.25+tax<\/li>\n<li>Purchase lunch on daily on campus. Limited locations. Cash only.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Is transportation included?<\/h3>\n<p>Transportation for the mini-courses depends on the participating school board or private school. Here\u2019s what you should do:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check with your home school &#8211; some school boards and private schools arrange their own transportation for students taking part in the mini-courses.<\/li>\n<li>Confirm the transportation details well in advance so you can arrange your travel with no rush.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What happens if I have to withdraw from the program?<\/h3>\n<p>If you have to withdraw from the program, here are the refund conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Until April 9, 2026 &#8211; you&#8217;ll receive 100% refund.<\/li>\n<li>After April 9, 2026 &#8211; No refund possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What if I have to miss a day of MCP?<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"TextRun SCXW234394367 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234394367 BCX8\">Students\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234394367 BCX8\">are required to<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234394367 BCX8\">\u00a0attend their assigned MCP course each day, just like attending a regular school day.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun Underlined SCXW234394367 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234394367 BCX8\">Attendance will be taken<\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW234394367 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-GB\" xml:lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW234394367 BCX8\">\u00a0by each instructor at the beginning of the day, and after lunch. Students are welcome to bring their own sports equipment or craft project. MCP will provide some equipment as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>TAAG Field (Outdoor)<\/li>\n<li>Craft Room (Nicol Building)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">There will be 杏吧原创 staff at these locations if you need any\u00a0assistance.
