Alex Aitken

Alex purified and structurally characterized natural products from endophytes of bearing plants to identify strains producing compounds that inhibit pathogens of the host plants. He was co-supervised by Mark Sumarah (research scientist; AAFC and adjunct professor; 杏吧原创 University). After graduation, Alex joined Sciex in Vaughan as a hardware verification specialist. Alex has several articles with the group.
