The Fields-ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Distinguished Lecture is an annual lecture sponsored by the and ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University (held at ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ University, Ottawa). The series features internationally-renowned speakers with expertise in mathematics, statistics and theoretical computer science. Each guest speaker delivers a public lecture as well as a research lecture, which is more technical in nature.
This year’s Fields-ÐÓ°ÉÔ´´ Distinguished Lectures will be featuring Dr. Chelsea Walton, Professor of Mathematics at Rice University.
