She has been coordinating international capacity building projects since 2017. In addition to working with LERRN, she is also working with 杏吧原创\u2019s Queen Elizabeth Scholarship-Advanced Scholars project, which focuses on capacity building within 杏吧原创 University as well as within their three partner institutions in sub-Saharan Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stephanie has volunteered with a number of non-profit organizations complementing her work experience in capacity building. Namely, she served 4 years on the Board of Directors of a cooperative housing project, as well as volunteered for a number of youth-led organizations focused on leadership.
