Chrysalide has over 8 years of experience in project management, humanitarian aid, social responsibility and NGO roles, and has a published academic background in migrations and Human Rights. Prior to joining the team, Chrysalide worked as a grants and contract specialist for a migration project in Colombia that aimed at the social inclusion of Venezuelan migrants.
