\n Prof. Moore Leads Townhall on Sexual Violence Policy\n <\/h1>\n \n \n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n

With the assistance of other union representatives and stakeholders, Prof. Dawn Moore<\/a> <\/strong>led a Community Townhall this morning to review ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´’s draft Sexual Violence Policy. The discussion event offered the opportunity for attendees to review a copy of the draft, to learn about the context of the policy process, and to share questions and concerns regarding both the document and the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As previously noted<\/a>, Prof. Moore is one of several Law and Legal Studies faculty members to recently receive grants towards research on sexual violence<\/a>, in support of the Government of Ontario\u2019s Sexual Violence and Harassment Action Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
