Neil C. Sargent<\/strong> is Associate Professor in the Department of Law and Legal Studies, ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ University, Ottawa. He obtained his LL.B. from the University of Nottingham, and his LL.M from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teaching and Research Interests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

His scholarly interests focus on law and literature, detective fiction, corporate criminal liability, and alternative dispute resolution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
