He is a speaker with the Coalition Against Global Genocide. He is the author of Israel Committed Genocide! Really? (2017) debunking the genocide accusation against Israel. He is working on the theory of Settler-Refugeeism as a counter to the accusation that modern Israel was founded through settler-colonialism.

Through the actions of Mordechai Anielewicz, Abba Kovner, and Yitzhak Zuckerman leaders of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, Rich plans to assess how their participation in the Tarbut school system and in various components of the Halutzim influenced their decision to risk their lives and resist the Germans.
