To view your currently active items, log onto the Jira Service Desk Portal<\/a> and click on Requests<\/strong> in the upper right corner.\u00a0 You will see 2 options available to you:\u00a0 My Requests<\/strong> and All Requests<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

My Requests<\/strong> will display any\/all issues that were raised by you and are currently in an Open state, as indicated by the filter along the top.<\/p>\n

  1. check the status<\/li>\n
  2. add comments<\/li>\n
  3. review comments<\/li>\n
  4. resolve the issue if it no longer exists.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
