When you use a browser it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them can fix certain problems like pages not loading or formatting issues on sites.

When clearing your cache, look for a option (if available each browser is different) with the phrasing of “All time” instead of “The last hour“, this is typically needed to resolve all cache/cookie browser issues.聽 Also all checkboxes should be filled in for the type of data, except for stored passwords if you wish to keep them to make logging in easier.

Some web based services at 杏吧原创 require that cookies are enabled in your browser. If you received an error, find the browser you are using in the list below and follow the instructions to enable cookies.  Chrome is the recommended browser on both Windows and Mac computers.

Chrome

  1. Click the context menu in the browser toolbar to the right of the address bar.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Click “Show Advanced Settings.”
  4. Click Content settings in the Privacy section.
  5. Ensure that the bullet for “Allow local data to be set (recommended)” is checked.
  6. Also ensure that “Block third-party cookies and site data” is unchecked.

Firefox

  1. Click the Tools menu from the top toolbar.
  2. Choose Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Under “History” select “Use custom settings for history” from the drop-down menu beside “Firefox will.”
  5. Ensure that the checkboxes for “Accept cookies from sites” and “Accept third-party cookies” are both checked.
  6. Click OK.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Site permissions > Cookies and site data
  2. Turn on “Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)” to unblock cookies
  3. Turn on “Block third-party cookies” or add desired sites in “Block” section to block the cookies.

Safari

  1. Click the Safari menu from the top toolbar.
  2. Choose Preferences.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Click the Never checkbox for Block Cookies.
