Update as of 1:00 PM. VPN issues have been resolved.

ITS is experiencing issues with the VPN service, we are aware and working to resolve the problem.

RESOLVED: �Ӱ�ԭ�� Central Issues

Update as of 11:55 AM. This issue has been resolved. Access to �Ӱ�ԭ�� Central has returned to normal.

As of 11:30 AM. Problems are currently being experienced when all users sign into �Ӱ�ԭ�� Central, users are prompted to ‘Register’ their MC1 account. ITS Support is aware and are investigating.

RESOLVED: Phone System On-Campus experiencing problems

As of 10:30AM: Issue has been resolved and phone services should be restored to all affected users.

As of 7:30AM: Problems are currently being experienced with the Phone system on-campus. ITS Support is aware and are investigating.

Wifi Unavailable in the MacOdrum Library – RESOLVED

As of 9:50 AM, July 19:

The issue with both wireless networks in the MacOdrum Library has been resolved. ITS will continue to monitor throughout the day but users can continue to log on as usual.

As of 8:30am, July 19th:

The wireless network CU-Wireless and Eduroam are unavailable in the MacOdrum Library. Wireless is available across the rest of campus.

ITS Support are aware and investigating.
