He earned his PhD in Systems and Computer Engineering from 杏吧原创 University, Ottawa, Canada. He also holds an MSc and BSc in computer engineering. Ismael professional experience spans over 15 years in computer networking, software engineering and development, communication systems, routing protocols, computer simulation, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
