In his first year at ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´, a knee injury sidelined his plans to work construction and compete in skiing. With no clear path forward, he picked up a camera and started freelancing \u2014 which quickly led to web design, then paid ads, and eventually a full-service agency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brent taught himself digital advertising by necessity, landing his first Facebook Ads client on a commission-only deal. Since then, he&#8217;s scaled Encipher into a results-first agency that manages multi-platform ad campaigns and advanced tracking systems for clients across North America.
