Join us for the Knowledge Carrier Program at Ojigkwanong, a space where Indigenous students can receive cultural, spiritual, and emotional support from a visiting Knowledge Keeper. Each session offers guidance, wisdom, and connection in a safe and welcoming environment, helping students strengthen resilience, engage with their heritage, and build community.<\/p>\n

This week’s session features Tessa Belanger<\/strong>, founder of\u00a0Pass the Sage<\/a>, who is an Anishinaabeg writer, educator, and community healer from Kitigan Zibi Anishinaabeg. They are dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces for Indigenous storytelling, reflection, and healing. Rooted in her mission to help others feel seen, heard, and connected, Tessa blends traditional knowledge with creative expression to support community wellness. Her work includes the Pass the Sage Guided Journal, a culturally grounded resource featuring reflection prompts, teachings, and writing exercises, as well as creative writing workshops that center storytelling as a form of medicine.
