He will be going to a new position as Assistant Professor (tenure-track) position in Environmental and Sustainability Studies at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><i>Negotiating a River<\/i> looks at the profound impacts of the St. Lawrence Seaway and Power Project, from the complex diplomatic negotiations, political manoeuvring, and environmental diplomacy to the implications on national identities and transnational relations.
