Healthy Workplace lunchtime leagues and activities provide staff and faculty with opportunities to move, connect, and recharge throughout the workday. Designed for participants of all experience and skill levels, these programs foster a supportive community where healthy living, recreation, and social connection come together.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/header>\n\n <\/div>\n\n

Healthy Workplace lunchtime leagues offer staff and faculty the opportunity to stay active, have fun, and connect with colleagues during the workday. We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to participate, regardless of their skill level or previous experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While friendly competition is part of the experience, the focus is on enjoying physical activity, building community, and supporting overall well-being. Lunchtime leagues and activities provide a social and supportive space where participants of all abilities can experience the benefits of healthy living through sport, recreation, and connection with the ÐÓ°ÉÔ­´´ staff and faculty community.<\/p>\n\n\n \n
