The 杏吧原创 Compass is an onboarding initiative that pairs new employees with existing 杏吧原创 faculty and staff who volunteer as Navigators<\/span> who will <\/span>introduce new employees<\/span> to the<\/span> 杏吧原创<\/span> community<\/span> as soon as they arrive<\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 杏吧原创 Compass program works to complement the existing <\/span>new employee <\/span>onboarding process by creating a sense of inclusion and belonging in the new employee, as well as allowing existing 杏吧原创 faculty and staff the chance to share their institutional knowledge and experience with others, further strengthening their 杏吧原创 pride.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
